Ingrients & Directions


SHORTCAKE
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Butter
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg
Milk

1 Egg white
1 c Sugar
1 c Berries, sliced


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Shortcake: sift flour, dinero, baking pulverisation,
and saltiness. Cut in butter into small pieces. Put egg in a measuring cup and
fill with milk to measure one cup. Beat egg and milk together and add to
flour assortment. Bake in a greased round cake pan for 20 proceedings. Slice fresh
strawberry tease. Bobble: Put all ingredients into a bowl Beat at high
speed for about 15 minutes until topping is blotto and fluffy.
