Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Oatmeal (preferably o.k.)
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Warm weewee


1. Mix flour and salt unitedly. Slowly add warm h2o. Roll out onto a
floured board to 1/4-inch thick. Cut into triangles.


2. Cook on a non-stick pan or griddle until golden on both sides. Dry out
in a 300F oven until ruckle.


* These cakes are eaten buttered as a snack or with dinner.
