3 tb Butter or oleomargarine 1 1/2 c Mashed potatoes
2 c Self-rising flour 1/4 c Milk
Saltiness
Mix butter into flour; add good pinch of saltiness. Mix in mashed spud;
pour in milk to make soft boodle. Roll out on lightly floured
rise; cut into rounds 3 inches crossways. Put on greased baking
rag; bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 transactions. Burst; serve hot
with butter.
