Ingrients & Directions

Wilton Jack-O-Lantern Pan
2 c All purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Vegetable oil
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 cn (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
1/2 c Chopped bats; (optional)


FROSTING
Wilton Tip #18
Wilton Disposable Decorating
-Bag
4 c (16 oz.) confectionery
-boodle; sifted
6 tb Butter
3 tb Half and one-half; capable 4
1 1/2 ts Maple flavourer

Preheat oven to 350?F. Grease and flour Jack-O-Lantern Pan. Combine flour,
baking pulverize, zest, soda and saltiness. In a separate bowlful, beat oil, sugar
and egg. Stir in pumpkin, flour mixture and balmy (if desired). Pour into
prepared Jack-O-Lantern Pan. Bake on center torture 25-30 minutes or until an
inserted cake tester comes out cleanse. Chill.


In a medium bowlful, combine all frosting ingredients. Beat until polish.
Frosting recipe makes 2-1/4 cups, enough to cover pumpkin, if desired. To
decorate as shown, pipe tip #18, string eyes, nose and lip.. Pipe tip #18
zigzag base.


Makes 15 servings.
