1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Sugar
3 tb Corn Flour; Sifted
30 oz Cream cheeseflower; Softened
1 Egg
1/4 c Heavy ointment; Whipped
3/4 ts Vanilla pull
Preheat oven to 350?F. Butter an 8 inch Pan. Coat the bottom of pan with
crumbs & refrigerate.
In a large trough, combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat in cream cheeseflower, then
egg. Add heavy cream beating incessantly. Add vanilla and beat wellspring. Pour
into pan.
Bake until top is golden ( 40 - 45 mins)
Nerveless in pan for 3 Hours
