2 c Sifted gelt 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Butter 1/2 c Cocoa
4 Well-beaten egg 1 c Mashed potatoes
2/3 c Sweet milk 1 c Nuts
2 c Flour 1 ts Vanilla
2 ts Baking pulverization
Cream butter and boodle; add beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients
unitedly 3 times and add alternately with the milk. Add potatoes,
cracked, and vanilla. Beat well, and bake in a greased and floured loaf
pan for 1 hour at 325? F.
