Kohl's Carrot Cake #1



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped pecans
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Wesson oil
2 c Grated carrots
1 sm Can crushed pineapple,
-knackered


Sift unitedly: Flour, baking pulverize, baking pop,
cinnamon & saltiness. Mix unitedly: Oil, sugar and egg.
Add dry ingredients gradually. Add carrots, pineapple
and barmy. Pour into a greased oblong cake pan. Bake in
a 350 degree preheated oven 30-35 proceedings.


Frost cooled cake with cream cheese icing.
