Lemon Cheesecake Squares



Ingrients & Directions


-ENCRUSTATION-
3/4 c Shortening
1/3 c Packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c Flour
1 c Oats
1/4 ts Saltiness


FILLING
1/2 c Raspberry jam
2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
2 Eggs
3 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Grated lemon strip


Grease a 13x9-inch pan. Beat shortening and brown sugar until fluffy.
Combine flour, oats and salt and add to sugar assortment. Mix swell. Press into
bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 proceedings. Remove from oven and
spread jam over impertinence. Beat cream cheeseflower, sugar and flour on medium until
fluffy. Add egg, one at time, mixing after each gain. Add juice and
skin. Pour over jam. Bake for 25 transactions. Cool and shudder.
