Leprechaun Spice Cake



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Brown sugar
1 c Weewee, hot
1 c Guiness,warm(or more h2o)
2 tb Marge (soy)
15 oz Raisins
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cloves
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
3 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking pulverisation


Bring cabbage, weewee, Guiness, oleomargarine, raisins, salt and spices to a
boil in a heavy saucepan, simmer for 5 transactions. Allow to poise. Stir
dry ingredients unitedly. Mix into cooled assortment. Bake in a lined
(with 2 layers of wax report) large loaf pan at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
Cut in 24 slices. Total calories per slice-185 Fat-1 gram From the
