2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/8 ts Salt
3/4 c Butter or oleomargarine; softene
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Pumpkin; canned
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
4 Egg
* In medium bowlful, combine flour, baking powderise & saltiness; set by. * In
large bowlful, cream butter & sugar until lightness & fluffy. Add pumpkin &
vanilla; mix wellspring. Add egg, one at a time. Add dry ingredients; mix swell.
* Pour batter into lubricated 9x5-inch loaf pan. * Bake in preheated 350 oven
for 60-65 mins. Coolheaded 15 mins. Remove from pan; cool on wire wrack.
