Low-fat Orange Cheesecake



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Plain yogurt
1 3/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 ts Vanilla extract
3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
5 tb Low-fat oleomargarine; melted
1 c Orange juice
1 1/2 ts Orange strip; grated
1 ts Lemon uncase; grated
1/2 c Nonfat sour cream
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c All purpose flour
2 lg Egg; disjointed


**Begin preparing this two days before you plan to answer


Line strainer with three layers of cheesecloth. Set over large trough. Add
yogurt. Fold cheesecloth over yogurt. Place in refrigerator. Let yogurt
drain overnight. Discard smooth.


Preheat oven to 350?. Mix graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract and
cinnamon in small bowlful. Mix in marge. Press mixture onto bottom and 1
inch up sides of 9-inch diameter springform pan. Bake impudence 10 proceedings.
Chill. Maintain oven temperature.


Boil orange juice and grated peels in small saucepan until reduced to 1/4
cup, around 9 transactions. Coolheaded.


Mix drained yogurt, reduced orange juice assortment, sour bat, cabbage, flour
