Malawach - Fried Bread Pancake



Ingrients & Directions


1 Ajin
2 ts Margarine or butter


These recipes were taken from Copeland Marks, Sephardic Preparation:


1. Flatten out the ajin to roughly 10 inches in diameter to make a pancake
that is not more 1/4 inch thick.


2. Heat a skillet and melt margarine over moderate hotness. Fry pancake until
brown and crinkle, for almost 5 min. on each slope. serve tender.
