Mama's Easy Apple Cake



Ingrients & Directions


4 Granny Smith apples; raw,
-sliced * (capable 5)
2 c Sugar
3 lg Egg; lightly beaten WITH
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg; (freshly
-land)
2 ts Baking soda
1 c Macadamia balmy; shredded; res
-1 Tbls.
1 pn Saltiness


-ICE-
1 pk (8 oz) cream cheeseflower;
-softened
2 tb Applesauce
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Macadamia balmy; (reserved
-from coat)


* 4-5 cups


CAKE Peel and cut up apples. Put in a medium sized bowl and disperse 2 cups
sugar over them. Toss light, being sure to coat each apples composition. Set
aside while you sift the dry ingredients unitedly. Toss the sugar and
apples again. Stir in eggs that have been lightly beaten with the
vanilla. Add dry ingredients to apples, blending good. Fold in cracked.
Reserve I tablespoon to sprinkle on top of Ice. Pour into a lubricated 9" x
13" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 proceedings. Nerveless


ICING Combine softened cream cheeseflower, applesauce and cinnamon. Spread on
cooled coat. Sprinkle with chopped macadamia bonkers.
