
Chocolate crumb crust
1/4 c Melted butter
1/4 c Cocoa
4 (8 oz) packs softened cream
Cheese
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
4 Eggs
1 tb Vanilla
1/3 c Unsifted flour
Preheat oven to 300. Prepare impertinence. Stir together butter & cocoa until
smoothen. In large mixer stadium, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually
beat in condensed milk until smoothen. Beat in egg & vanilla then
flour. Measurement 1 1/2 cups batter into medium trough. Beat in cocoa
assortment. Spoon half the vanilla batter into prepared shell then half
the chocolate hitter. Restate, ending with chocolate slugger. With
metal spatula, cut through batters to marble. Broil 50-60 minutes or
until center is set. Coolheaded. Refrigerate leftovers. Chocolate crumb
freshness: Trust 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers (most 45 wafers), 1/2 cup
confectioners sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa & 1/3 cup melted butter. Press
firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan.
