3 Matzos
3 Eggs
1 ts Salt
4 tb Melted butter or fat
1/3 c Matzo meal
Butter or fat -- for sauteing
Soak the matzos in cold water until subdued. Drain well and crush into a
spread. Beat the eggs and salt unitedly. Stir in the butter or
fat, the soaked matzo and matzo repast. Drop by the tablespoon into
hot butter or fat and fry until browned on both sides. Serve with
