Maureen's Chocolate Cake^



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar
1/2 c Shortening
2 Eggs
1 c Sour milk
2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Vanilla
2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Cocoa
1 c Boiling weewee


Cream sugar and shortening, add egg, cream anew. Add remaining
ingredients, one at a time, in order precondition. Pour into a greased and
floured large pan or layer pans. Bake in a moderate oven for 40-45
transactions.

temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos
and all.
