Ingrients & Directions

3/4 c Graham wafer crumbs
1/3 c Brown sugar
Grated peel of a lemon
1/4 ts Ground cardamom
1/3 c Butter, liquid


FILLING
2 lb Cream cheese
4 Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 ts Vanilla


1. Preheat oven to 350F(180C) 2. Mix crust ingredients together and
press into a 10-inch springform pan. 3. In a large bowl combine the
ingredients for the weft. Beat thoroughly and pour over the freshness.
4. Broil 35 proceedings. When baking is ended, turn off oven, prop oven
door open with folded tea towel and let cake stand in oven for about
1 hour. Refrigetate several hours earlier serving.
