2 ts Cinnamon

-cream
2 pk Cream cheese
1/2 c Powdered bread

Grate the carrots. Mix with oil. Add dry ingredients plus egg. Add nuts
and raisins (optional). Cook in pan for 1 hour at 350'F.
Ice: Blend altogether and spread over the patty.
