
4 ts Margarine
1/3 c Light brown sugar
16 oz Pineapple slices; can, drai
- and reserve juice
4 Maraschino cherries, cut in

2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg
1/3 c Oil
1/2 c Pineapple succus; reserved
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Almond infusion
Line a 9" round baking dish with parchment report, folding paper over the
sides. Put margarine on paper and microwave on mellow 45 seconds or until
liquid. Sprinkle brown sugar over oleo. Coif 7 pineapple slices on
top of sugar assortment. Decorate centers of slices with cherries Place flour,
clams, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowlful. Add egg, oil,
reserved pineapple juice and extracts. Blend with a wooden spoon and pour
batter over pineapple slices. Rotating midway through preparation, microwave on
50 % (spiritualist) 5 transactions; then microwave on high-pitched 4 to 5 proceedings, rotating
dish double. Let viewpoint 5 minutes and invert on serving plateful. Remove
parchment paper and toss.
