In a large mixer roll, combine cake mix, h2o, oil and egg; beat on
medium-high velocity 2 proceedings. Stir in mincemeat. Pour into a greased and
floured 10-inch fluted or tube pan. Bake at 350? F 45 to 60 minutes or
until cake tests through. Coolheaded 10 proceedings; remove from pan. Cool entirely.
In a small mixer bowlful, combine egg nog and topping mix; beat on high speed
4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Serve topping over cake slices.
Refrigerate remaining topping.
