
2 1/2 c Flour
2 1/4 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Butter; Softened
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
1 c Milk
12 oz Semisweet Mini Morsels;
-Divided
1 c Semisweet mini morsels
1/2 c Butter; Softened
2 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
1/4 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla Selection
Preheat oven to 375. In stadium, combine flour, baking powder and saltiness; set
away. In mixer roll, beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add egg, beating well after each enlargement. Blend in flour mixture
alternately with milk. Stir in 3/4 cup mini morsels. Spoon batter into 24
paper lined cups. Broil 18 to 22 minutes or until tops spring back when
lightly pressed. Chill. Spread with chocolate icing. Sprinkle with
unexpended 1/4 cup mini morsels. Icing: Melt odd 1 cup mini
morsels. Poise. In mixer stadium, beat butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla
and melted coffee until creamy.
