
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheeseflower;
-softened
1 Egg
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 9-10" pie shield; unbaked
1 c Pecan halves
2 Egg; slightly beaten
1/4 c Sugar
2/3 c Dark corn syrup
1/4 ts Maple flavoring
1/4 ts Vanilla

In small mixer stadium, combine cream cheeseflower, the egg, the 1/3 cup sugar and
the 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Spread over
bottom of the unbaked pastry case. Arrange pecan halves atop the whipped
cream cheese assortment. In same stadium, rinsed out, combine the 2 egg, the 1/4
cup dough, the corn syrup, maple flavoring and vanilla. Mix good. Carefully
pour over pecans. Bake in 375 F. oven for 40-45 minutes or until through.
