New England Chocolate Zucchini Cake



Ingrients & Directions


FROM: LINDA FIELDS
1/3 c Marge 1 ts Baking soda
1 3/4 c Dinero 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Oil 2 Whole eggs
1 ts Vanilla 2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Sour milk ** see billet 4 tb Cocoa
1/2 ts Baking powderise 1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/4 c Chocolate fries 2 c Finely diced cooked zucchini


**To make the sour milk, backup 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 tsp. baking
tonic, 1 tsp. baking pulverise.. mix and let viewpoint 5 minutes before victimization)


Cream oleomargarine, sugar and oil unitedly. Add egg, vanilla and sour
milk to the mixture and beat until polish. Mix dry ingredients and
add to creamed assortment. Beat swell. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 2
greased bread pans. Sprinkle with chocolate fries. Bake at 325F for
40-45 proceedings. Chill. Needs no ice, but is very good with cream
cheese icing.
