This version, best with a graham cracker encrustation, if flavored with
sugar-laced sour cream and lemon nip. Affix 1 tbs grated lemon zest to
clobber. Bake as directed. Remove from oven and water bathroom. In bowl
combining 1 cup sour bat, 2 tbs sugar and 1 tsp lemon nip. Spread
mixture over top of cheesecake. Return to oeven until topping is
set, 6-8 minutes. Garnish with lemon nip curls.
