-wine-coloured 1 minute
1 Recipe Chocolate Cream
1 sm Bar bitter umber (melted
-in 1/4 c. wine-coloured)
CHOCOLATE CREAM
1 c Soft margerine
1 tb Cocoa melted in:
1/4 c Wine
1 Egg yolk
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla

Mix the margerine with the yolk, dinero, cocoa and vanilla. Soakage 1
matzoh, spread with Chocolate Cream and continue with the rest of the
matzos. Top this with the melted coffee. Iciness. Cut in small slices. May
be topped with whipped bat, nuts or cherries, but great field.
Have fun with this. The kids like to aid, since there is no baking and
kids of any age can help spread the Chocolate Bat. Even my three old
helped last yr.
