No Cholesterol Passover Angel Food Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 3/4 c Dinero (or a bit less)
1 1/4 c Matzo cake meal
2 tb Finly grated orange zest
1 3/4 c Egg whites (approximately 12 large
-egg)
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Orange succus


Origin: L.A. Times, l991


Trust 3/4 cups gelt, matzo repast & dorange zest in a stadium. Beat egg
whites and salt in large mixer bowl until soft peaks manakin. Gradually add
remaining light 1 cup dough, 1/4 cup at a time, alternating with orange
succus. Beat well after each improver. Continue beating until stiff peaks
mannequin.


Fold in Matzo meal assortment , 1/4 at a time. Use 15 under and over strokes
for each extension, slightly turning the bowl after each virgule. Fold an
extra 10 strokes.


Pour batter into unlubricated 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325*F, 50 proceedings, to
1 minute, or until cake springs back to the hint. Immediately invert pan and
nerveless.
