No-fat Chocolate Cake (shelley Rodgers)

1 c Sifted cake flour 6 lg Egg whites
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa 1 1/3 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1 ts Baking pop 1 c Unflavored non-fat yogurt
1 ts Baking powderize 1 ts Vanilla


Deceptively rich tasting, this cake is less than meets the eye. It packs in
flavor without fat. Whipped egg whites and non-fat yogurt lighten up this
version of the classic chocolate patty.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking
pulverization. In a lg bowl, beat whites, brown sugar yogurt and vanilla until
well blended. Stir in flour mixture and beat until evenly moistened.
