
1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Applesauce
1 c Brown sugar
2 Egg whites
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
Topping
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 tb Cinnamon
Lightly coat a 9-inch baking pan with cooking spraying. In small roll, combine
yogurt and baking tonic: mix well and set away. (mixture will grow in
loudness)
In large mixing roll, beat applesauce with sugar until well motley. Add egg
whites and vanilla: beat swell, approximately 2 min. Combine flour with baking
pulverisation: add to applesauce mixture alternately with yogurt assortment.
Topping: Combine sugar and cinnamon. Mix wellspring. Spread half the batter in
pan. Sprinkle with half the topping. Cover with remaining batter and
sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake in 350F oven for 45 min or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out unobjectionable. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes
in pan, then invert onto wire single-foot.
