Norwegian Apple Cake A La Finsrud



Ingrients & Directions


2/3 c Maple syrup
1/2 c Butter
1 Egg
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Flour
1 ts Nutmeg
2 1/2 c Apples; diced
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
1 tb Hot water
Cognac; to discernment


Preheat oven to 325 degrees and stain 9 inch deep pie pan or bread pan.
Cream maple syrup and butter and add beaten egg. Stir with sociable. Sift dry
ingredients and carefully add apple and bonkers. Add hot h2o. Bake at 325
degrees for some 40 minutes. Do not overbake.


NOTES : BE SURE NOT TO OVERCOOK. IMPROVE UNDER THAN OVER!
