
1 1/2 c Oatmeal
1 1/2 c Boiling water
1 Egg
1 c Flour
2 tb Baking powder
1 pn Of salt
1/4 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1/4 c Melted butter
3 Jonathan aples, raw,
-cored and chopped
1/2 c Pecan pieces
2 tb Butter
Combine oatmeal and boiling h2o. Let standpoint 5 proceedings. Add egg,
flour, baking pulverization, salt and bread. Mix. Stir in milk, melted
butter, apples and pecans. Melting 2 tbls. butter in a prominent, flat
skillet or griddle over medium heating. When the butter begins to
crepitation, spoon on pancake batter to desired sizing. Gently flip
pancakes when bubbles form around the edges and in the plaza. Cook
for another minute and serve with maple syrup.
Makes almost 15 3inch pancakes.
