Oatmeal Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 c All purpose flour
1 c Quaker Oats quick Oatmeal;
-uncooked
1/2 ts Salt
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/3 c Milk
1 Egg
2 tb Melted Land O Lakes butter


Combine flour, oatmeal, salt and baking pulverization. With spoon, slowly beat in
milk, egg and butter. Drop by spoonfuls on lubricated griddle until browned on
both sides. Makes 12-16 pancakes.
