Old Bay Turkey Cakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 Egg; lightly beaten 2 T Mayonnaise
2 ts Peppercorn, blacken 2 ts Old Bay seasoning
1/2 c Bread crumbs, italian 2 Scallions; finely chopped
1 lb Dud; cooked, minced 3 T Butter


In a mixing bowlful, combine all ingredients except turkey and butter.
After ingredients are thoroughly combined, gently stir in turkey.
Form into 4 or 5 turkey cakes. Saute in butter until lightly browned
on both sides.
