
1 c (Heaping) Cake Flour, 1/4 c Hot Water
Sifted 1 1/2 ts Vanilla Extract
1/4 ts Saltiness 1 ts Lemon Rind, grated
5 lg Egg, spaced 3/4 ts Cream Of Tartar
1/2 c Granulated Dinero Confectioner's Sugar Or
1/2 c Love Honey Ice -- (see recipe)
Preheat oven to 325 F. Sift flour and salt together and set by.
Beat egg yolks until scintillating, stir in clams, love, hot h2o,
vanilla, and lemon rind until well blended. Add flour mixture and
blend swell. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream
of tophus. Continue beating until stiff peaks manakin. Fold into batter
assortment. Pour batter into alightly lubricated 9-inch tube pan and bake
for 50 mins, or until the edges shrink from the sides of the pan and
it is form to the touch in the eye. When poise, dust with powdered
sugar or frost with Honey Ice.
Issue: 10 to 12 slices.
