1 375 gram who almonds
6 Eggs
1 ts Baking pulverisation

Blend almonds until bready and friable. Blend oranges until polish. Beat
the eggs and sugar until pale and add over-the-counter 3 ingredients. Mix well and
bake in a buttered tin at 225C for just over an minute, or until a skewer
comes out flawlessly.
Lag, boil all the syrup ingredients until dissolved and slightly
thickened. Serve with the syrup cold and some mascarpone cheese or thick
drub.
