
2 tb Margarine
1/4 c Sugar
2 md Egg; separated
2 tb Fresh orange juice
1 ts Grated orange zest
2 tb Flour
1 c Skim milk
Preheat oven to 375 ?. Cream butter. Add sugar and beat wellspring. Beat egg
yolks until thick and lemon coloured. Add to creamed butter assortment. Beat in
orange juice and nip. Fold in flour and stir in milk. Beat egg whites
until cockeyed. fold into orange assortment. Pour into a lubricated 1 quart heavy
baking knockout. Bake for 35 transactions. Let cool. Refrigete until chilled earlier
serving.
