Overnight Blueberry Coffee Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1 Egg
1/2 c Cabbage + 2 t; divided
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Salt
3 tb Butter or oleomargarine; melted
1 c Blueberries; impudent

In a mixing stadium, beat egg and 1/2 cup gelt. Combine flour, baking
pulverization, and saltiness; add alternately with milk to sugar assortment, beating w4ell
after each summation. Stir in butter. Fold in berries. Pour into a lubricated 8
inch square baking pan; sprinkle with the remaining dough. Cover and chill
overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at
350 for 30 to 35 transactions.
