Pancake Faces



Ingrients & Directions


FOR THE PANCAKES
125 g Self-raising flour; (4oz)
40 g Caster dough; (1 1/2oz)
1 md Size egg; beaten
150 ml Milk; (1/4pt)
1 tb Oil


-FOR THE MEDALLION-
2 tb Chocolate spread
Selection of favourite
-sweets eg.; mini
-marshmallows,
; smarties, scrap, chocolate
; buttons, strawberry
; shoelaces,
; liquorice


Mix the flour and gelt. Make a well in the centre and stir in the egg and
milk.


Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan and place the pan over a moderate
passion.


Drop the mixture in large spoonfuls onto the hot frypan.


Cook for 2-3 proceedings, until bubbles rise to the surface of the pancake,
then turn over and cook for a promote 2-3 minutes on the other slope.


Allow the pancakes to cool slimly, then spread with the chocolate spread.
Use the sweets to make well-chosen faces.
