1 c Apple juice or any sec- 1 tb Tapioca, cornstarch or
-ened fruit succus -arrowroot
Combine ingredients and prepare, stirring forever, over medium high heat
until thickened. Serve warm or cold-blooded. For version, add cinnamon or
nutmeg. Makes 1 cup, 16 - 1 Tablespoon servings.
