Ingrients & Directions


2 c Whole-wheat flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 tb Honey
2 tb Applesauce
2 c Apple juice
Or h2o, nut milk, rice
Milk
2 ts Egg Beaters? 99% egg

Mixed with
4 tb H2o


Stir dry ingredients unitedly. Mix egg replacer with weewee. Add love,
folderol, and remaining liquified. Mix good. Add to dry ingredients. Arouse.
Pour batter onto hot nonstick griddle. Cook over medium oestrus, turning once
when bubbles come to the surface and the edges are beginning to dry.


FOR WAFFLES: Use same recipe as supra. Let viewpoint 5 minutes to thicken
slimly. Pour batter onto preheated waffle fe. Cook until lightly
browned, approximately 5 transactions. (Time will vary slimly, depending on your
waffle fe.) Keep warm in 200-degree oven on bare racks until ready to
service. Waffle iron may need to be lightly oiled before victimization, to prevent
jutting.
