Papas Potato Pancakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 White potato
1 Sweet potato
1 Carrot
1 Shallot
1 Egg
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
Salt
2 tb Olive oil
Sour cream
Chopped cive


Washables & dry potatoes, carrot & shallot. Slice each. Place vegetables in bowl
of food processor. Add egg & milk. Add flour, baking pulverization & saltiness. Process
until all lumps vanish. Heat oil in saute pan over medium warmth. When oil
is hot, pour most 2 tablespoons of batter into pan. Cook until golden
brown on each face. Repeat with all clobber. Serve with sour cream-chive
assortment.
