3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Matzo cake meal
1 ts Potato starch
4 Apples; peeled and sliced
1/3 c Sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Oil

Beat egg, sugar and oil. Blend in dry ings. Put 3/4 of the batter in a
lubricated 9" square pan. Arrange apples over. Top with rema ining clobber.
Broil 50-60 min. at 350F.
