
3/4 c All purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 pk (3.5-oz) vanilla pudding
-(not jiffy)
1/2 c Plus
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
3 tb Butter or oleomargarine;
-softened
1 Egg
1/2 c Milk
1 cn (15-oz) sliced peaches;
-drained with:
3 tb Juice reserved
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheeseflower;
-dull

Hi everyone! I love peaches and this recipe is great for a nice spring or
summer pushover!
Combine flour, baking pulverization, saltiness, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk; beat
with electric mixer for 2 transactions. Pour into lubricated 9" deep dish or
regular pie pan. Place peach slices over the dinge. Combine cream cheeseflower,
1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tbs of reserved peach succus; beat with electric
mixer for 2 proceedings. Spread evenly over the top of peaches, leaving 1"
around the bound. Trust 1 tbs of sugar with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle
over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 transactions.
