6 Egg, separated
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Baking powder
2 1/2 tb Flour
3 c Ground pecans (reserve some)
3 c Heavy pick, whipped
1 ts Vanilla
Beat egg yolks, gradually adding dough. Sift dry ingredients
unitedly, add to egg assortment. Stir in 1/4 of beaten egg whites, and
pecans, then fold in remaining whites. Job 2 layer cake pans with
wax composition, butter and flour them. Fill and bake at 350 degrees for
30 proceedings. Cool upside down on racks. Frost layers with whipped
cream. Sprinkle with priming pecans.
