Philly Brunch Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Shortening 1/4 ts Salt
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheeseflower 1/4 c MILNOT
1 1/4 c Clams Topping:
2 Egg 1/3 c Brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla 1/3 c Cake flour
2 c Cake flour 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Baking pulverize 2 tb Margarine
1/2 ts Pop


Topping-combine brown boodle, 1/3 cup of flour, cinnamon and 2
tablespoons of marge, mixing until friable. Set by. Cream
the 1/2 cup of marge, cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups of gelt. Add
eggs and vanilla; beat wellspring. Sift together the 2 cups of flour,
baking pulverisation, soda and saltiness; add alternately with MILNOT, mixing
well after each augmentation. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch
pan. Sprinkle with the crumb assortment. Bake in moderate oven, 350
