Ingrients & Directions


1 lb Plain flour 6 oz Caster sugar
1 ts Baking pulverisation 4 oz Currants
1 ts Mixed spiciness 2 ea Eggs
4 oz Oleo 1 x Milk
4 oz Embellish


SIft the flour, baking pulverize, and mixed spicery; rub in the margerine and
embellish; add the clams, currants and beaten egg. Mix in Milk to make a stiff
dough and straighten 1/4" thick.
Delve 2" rounds and bake on a hot griddle until golden chocolate-brown, after
most 4 minutes on each english.
