Pineapple Or Peach Upside Down Cake



Ingrients & Directions


1/3 c Butter
1 c Brown sugar
Drained pineapple rings or
-peach halves
Maraschino red


Prepare White Cake buffet. Thaw 1/3 cup butter in 9" square cake pan; append 1
cup brown sugar and arouse. Place drained pineapple rings (or peach halves)
close together on bread. Place a maraschino cherry in each ring or pit.
Cover with cake buffet. Bake in a moderate oven (350F) 45 to 55 minutes or
until cake is through. Allow to cool in pan 15 transactions; loosen sides of patty,
invert gently on cake scale. Serve warm or cold with Whipped Emollient.
