
1 Egg; slightly beaten
2/3 c Milk
2 tb Marge; melted
1 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 cn (8 oz.) sliced pineapple;
-drained and chopped
1 Sausage; (8 oz) cut
-lengthwise
1 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Cinnamon
In mixing bowl combine egg, milk and marge. Stir together flour, the
first tablespoon cabbage, the baking powderise, salt and nutmeg. Stir into
liquid ingredients just until moistened. Stir in pineapple. Spread in
lubricated 12x9 inch baking knockout. Arrange sausage stopover, sprinkle with
remaining sugar and cinnamon. Broil 400 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until
done. Cut in squares. Answer hot. Makes 6.
