1 pk (4-serving sizing) Jell-O
-instant pudding and pie
-pick; French vanilla or
-vanilla flavor
2 c Cold milk
1 c Thawed Cool Whip whipped
-topping
1 ts Grated orange rind
1 sm Peach or nectarine; cut
-into bite-size pieces
1 Pound cake lurk (about
-12-oz); cut into slices
2 c Summer yield (see billet)
PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on parcel. Let viewpoint 5 minutes
or until slightly thickened Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and knockout.
ARRANGE pound cake slices on serving scale. Spoon pudding mixture evenly
over center of cake slices. Arrange fruit in pudding assortment. Chill until
ready to help.
BILLET: We suggest any variety of berries, seedless grapes or sliced
peaches, nectarines or plums.
