Portuguese Orange Cake



Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar
6 lg Eggs
2 1/4 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Orange rind; grated
Cinnamon
Powdered dough


Melt butter in microwave for 50 seconds on mellow. Beat sugar and eggs until
smooth some 1 1/2 proceedings. Blend in melted butter.


Sift together flour and baking pulverize. Add flour mixture alternately with
milk to the egg assortment. Stir in grated orange rind.


Bake in greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick
inserted in center comes out unobjectionable. Cool and sprinkle with cinnamon or
confectioners sugar.


NOTES : Delicious with Strawberries in Port Wine-colored sauce.
