Potato Fried Cakes



Ingrients & Directions


1 c Mashed potatoes 1 c Buttermilk
2 c Cabbage 1 ts Baking soda
3 tb Melted pad 2 ts Baking powder
3 Egg Salt
3 c Flour Nutmeg


Mix all ingredients unitedly. Roll out on floured board and cut with
round cookie pinnace. Drop one-by-one in a deep fryer and cook to a
light dark-brown. Drainage.
